From November to the end of the school year, children can enjoy with Tiger at home. Every weekend, Tiger is going to travel to the children houses to have fun, and Tiger will come back to our school next Monday. Our students could write, stick photos, draw, colour,etc... in the traveller book. Then, they will explain us what things Tiger has done with him/her, and, children will show us the book with the lived adventure with Tiger.

Desde Noviembre hasta el final de curso, los niños pueden disfrutar con Tiger en casa. Cada fin de semana, Tiger va a viajar a las casas de los niños para pasarlo bien, y Tiger volverá a nuestro cole el lunes siguiente. Los niños pueden escribir, pegar fotos, dibujar, colorear, etc. en el libro viajero. Luego, ellos nos explicaran qué han hecho con Tiger, y nos enseñaran el libro con su aventura.
Emotional intelligence is very important, because through it, we can motivate us; control our impulses and empathize with others.
For that, is very important to work on feelings and emotions in kindergarten and Primary classes.
In our English class, we have been working feelings. Not only the names, but also how to ask and answer how do we feel and besides, to learn how to identify them.
The main feelings we have worked are: happy, sad, angry, surprised, scared and disgusting.
We have sung and danced the well-known song: "If you are happy"

La inteligencia emocional es muy importante, ya que a través de ella, logramos motivarnos; controlar nuestros impulsos y empatizar con los demás.
Por eso, es muy importante trabajar los sentimientos y las emociones en las clases de educación infantil y primaria.
En nuestra clase de inglés, hemos estado trabajando los sentimientos. No sólo sus nombres, sino también cómo preguntar y responder cómo nos sentimos, y además aprender a identificarlos.
Los principales sentimientos que hemos trabajado han sido: feliz, triste, enfadado, sorprendido, asustado y el asco..
Hemos cantado y bailado la conocida canción "If you are happy".
We also have acted some feelings out. Children represented one of them, and the rest of the classroom had to guess what feeling was.

Then, in Arts & Crafts, we have coloured and built a paper doll for playing with emotions.

Apart from that, everyday in our classroom routines, we ask to the helper: How do you feel today?.
Besides, with the sentence of the week, we also reinforce the learnt content about this topic.

Aparte de eso, todos los días en nuestras rutinas de clase, preguntamos al ayudante cómo se siente. Además, con la frase de la semana, también reforzamos el contenido aprendido sobre este tema.
One of the most difficult things in English are the sounds, which are completely different from Spanish language. For that reason, we have started learning English sounds.
In the first unit, we have learnt the sound "p", as in pen, pencil, pencil case, etc...
In every unit, we will learn a new sound, and we'll put together the new and previous sounds we are learning.
In the sounds lessons, we listen to the story, the song, and also we practice the sound by means of a gesture. Then, we say some words we know with that sound and as a final task, we colour and make a crown of the worked sound.

Una de las cosas más difíciles en inglés son los sonidos, que son completamente diferentes del español. Por eso, estamos aprendiendo los sonidos en inglés.
En la primera unidad, hemos aprendido el sonido "p".
En casa unidad, aprenderemos un nuevo sonido, y pondremos en práctica los nuevos sonidos con los ya aprendidos.
En las sesiones de sonidos, escuchamos la historia, la canción, y también practicamos el sonido por medio de un gesto. Luego, decimos algunas palabras que sabemos con ese sonido y como tarea final, coloreamos y hacemos la corona del sonido trabajado.

As you know, we are in the autumn season. It started in September, 22nd and, although the weather is not very autumnal, we have been working on it.
Autumn colours are: red, orange, yellow and brown.

Como sabéis, estamos en otoño. El otoño empezó el 22 de Septiembre y, aunque el tiempo no es muy otoñal, lo hemos trabajado.
Los colores del otoños son: rojo, naranja, amarillo y marrón.

After that, we listened to the song.

Recordamos la rima del otoño y después, escuchamos la canción.
And, finally, we did an autumn tree. We coloured the trunk in brown and the leaves were done with stampings. We used cork lids and children decorated their autumn trees with these colours and technique.

Finalmente, hicimos un árbol de otoño. Coloreamos el tronco marrón y las hojas las hicimos con estampaciones. Usamos tapones de corcho y los niños decoraron sus árboles con los colores del otoño, usando esta técnica.
